Modification of Multi-Functional Composites by Using Particles with High Thermal Conductivity to Improve Heat Management and Electromagnetic Shielding Performance

Abstract Packaging materials with thermal management and electromagnetic protection are designed to develop miniaturized high-power airborne electronic equipment meet the overall design requirements. In this study, graphene/paraffin composite material modified by high conductivity particles is used improve conductivity, efficiency, performance. Four kinds of including nickel, silver, copper, hexagonal boron nitride were selected. Modified phase change carbon matrix was prepared melt blending pressure molding. Microstructure, latent heat, properties tested. Particles different values could be uniformly distributed in blending. Adding can varying degrees, copper silver also shielding effectiveness composite. The added has best modification effect, a 92.3% increase 32.8% efficiency.
